"2006
Citizen Action Award" Presentation: presented by the
NACOP Board of Directors to Ms. Erin Runnion, founder
of the
The
Joyful Child Foundation, and Samantha's
PRIDE Community Awareness and Child Watch program in
memory of her daughter Samantha Runnion.
On
July 15, 2002, then five year old Samantha was abducted in

troubling issue. She continues to work with legislators to
help enact stiffer laws and prison sentences for those who
do prey upon our nations most precious asset, our children.
We are honored to present our coveted annual award to Ms.
Runnion for her efforts and look forward to you joining us
to help present this to her in person.
