of the Mountain Home Citizens On Patrol attend the National Assn. of
Citizens On Patrol Conference in Chino, California.
The conference was held on October, 7th, 2006 in Chino,
California this year. The conference began with Key Note Speaker, Mr. David
Wild, Deputy Consul-General, British Consulate, Los Angeles Homeland
Security. He spoke about terrorism in the U.K. and how they addressed
it. He spoke about things that we take for granted, such as the absence of
trash receptacles in public places, Day to day transportation on their
sub-ways (the Tube) and buses and how their country has been affected by
terrorism.
The Mountain Home Citizens On Patrol is looking for

The Citizens On Patrol have acquired 5 cars from the
Mountain Home Police Department and a golf cart to help with patrol
activities.
The Organization will offer Patrol and Administration duties
to its members.

Cars and Two Way Radios add an edge to the patrol group.
